About me

My photo
I am a stay at home mom who is raising twins. One of my guys has type 1 diabetes and one does not. I am writing this blog to unite type 1 parents or twin parents. Comment on my posts or in the "what's your high?" and "what's your low?" to join the community of parents just trying to do the best we can!

is summer over yet?

Ok, I know I have been AWOL this summer and I have sooo much to tell you! But, I HAVE to get these monsters back in school to actually get a minute to myself to write it all down. Ya know what I mean, mommies?

Do you guys remember a commercial from Staples a couple of years back that had the parents happily gliding down their aisles buying school supplies while their kids sadly walked behind? Remember how they had "it's the most wonderful time of the year" Christmas song playing in the background? That was funny stuff!

That is exactly how I feel! I know I will miss them but I only have a couple of weeks left. I am excited about writing to you and telling you all the good, the bad and the funny that happened this summer!

The good,

The BAD,

And the funny!

But, I don't want to leave you empty-handed so I figured I would re-post some oldies but goodies. If you already read them, sorry for the summer re-runs but if not, hope you enjoy the past season posts. Think of it as Everyday Highs and Lows on a fun clearance past season sale!

Feel free to tell me about your summer fun in the What's your high? and/or What's your low? section of the blog. There are some new ones!

Finally, keep checking back because I have all sorts of plans for Everyday Highs and Lows this Fall! I will share with you all of our growth we have had and each of new changes I am going to make!

Here are the posts.
